When we asked Amelia what kind of birthday party she wanted this year, her reply was always "I want a pink birthday party!" So that is what she got!
We served pancakes for breakfast. The kids made fruit loop necklaces.
At the very beginning of the party she had on her beautiful birthday outfit I had made just for her but sadly (for mommy) was VERY unhappy wearing it. (Could she possibly be a strong willed child??) So what did she end up wearing to her party? A plain white "baby shirt" as she likes to call it - just a onesie. Thankfully she kept on her cute new jewelry and covered up with a blanket since she wasn't wearing any pants. Silly girl! She just wanted to make some memories of her own for us.
Opening gifts from all her friends and family

Her favorite time of the party - eating cake!

Amelia's real birthday fell on Thanksgiving day this year. Here she is the morning of her 3rd birthday. She looks like such a big girl!
Ready to open presents!
A new doll :)
All about Amelia
We love this little girl! She keeps us on our toes. Life wouldn't be the same without her. So thankful that God gave us THIS girl - Amelia Joy!
